How would you describe the culture at DMi?

I'd describe the culture at DMi as collaborative, welcoming, and full of positive energy. I get to interact with a lot of different teams, and one of my favorite things is how supportive and genuinely connected everyone is. People here work hard and care deeply, while keeping things fun, and full of personality!

How does DMi foster connection with hybrid or fully remote work?

DMi does a great job of making connections feel intentional, even in a hybrid environment. Between team check-ins, company-wide meetings, and social events, there are plenty of ways for people to stay engaged. In my role supporting office operations, event planning, and co-leading the Culture Club, I see just how much thought goes into helping everyone feel included and part of something bigger.

What is a typical day like in your role?

A typical day includes a little bit of everything, which is exactly why I love it! One minute I'm managing office needs, the next I'm supporting outreach, or working with vendors to bring an event to life. It's a mix of staying organized, solving problems on the fly, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. No two days are really the same, and that's what keeps it interesting.

What is the work/life balance like at DMi for you?

The work/life balance feels supportive and realistic. My role can be busy, but there's a strong sense of trust and flexibility, which makes a big difference. It allows me to stay on top of work while still making time for life outside of it.

How does DMi's mission correlate to your overall career goals?

I've always been drawn to roles where I can meaningfully impact people's day-to-day experience, and that's exactly what I get to do at DMi. As Office Administrator, I support both employees and clients, bring people together, and manage the details that keep things moving. I value being part of a company that prioritizes growth, relationships, and doing things the right way.

How authentically are you able to come to work at DMi? And please explain why?

I feel very comfortable being myself at DMi, which is something I truly value. My role centers around people and connections, so bringing my personality to work is part of what makes me effective. I can be my fun, quirky, creative self while still being organized and dependable.
