How would you describe the culture at DMi?

DMi is an organization that unites around stimulating work and aggressive growth all the while extending genuine professional and personal support to it's employees. It's a rare blend that makes you feel like your striving towards your goals alongside friends rather than colleagues.

How has DMi supported you through the Covid-19 crisis?

They've navigated this unprecedented time with transparency, grace, and understanding. Leadership didn't pretend to have all the answers, but made it abundantly clear that we'd be supported no matter what was to come.

What is a typical day like in your role?

A typical day starts out by reviewing my notes and calendar to tackle any housekeeping items. The morning then kicks-off with a sales huddle to align with the team on core updates and focuses for the day. I'll then conduct the necessary preparation for the 4-6 client meetings I have and engage those clients with a consultative spirit to ensure I'm providing as much value as possible with the allotted time. The day ends with another team huddle where we talk through worthwhile updates and progress made during the day and the entire team shares what they'll be having for dinner while Alex completely fabricates his meal.

What is the work/life balance like at DMi for you?

DMi is infused with leaders who have family's and understand the flexibility needed to have rich lives both personally and professionally . This flexibility, that's awarded to each member of DMi, is repaid by a communal spirit of working really hard and going the extra mile to achieve our client's goals.

This is exactly where I want to be to achieve my professional goals.

How authentically are you able to come to work at DMi? And please explain why?

DMi has an incredibly welcoming culture where I can be my quirky odd-self each and every day and only catch the occasional eyeroll.

What advice would you give to folks thinking about working at DMi?

Enjoy working with great people on challenging work with some of the worlds best brands?
