How would you describe the culture at DMi?

I would describe the culture as a very diverse, inclusive collaborating family. It is a very welcoming work environment where you are encouraged to have your voice heard.

How does DMi foster connection with hybrid or fully remote work?

I have been a remote employee for my entire tenure at DMi and the company has mde it so easy for me to work in this capacity. Between Microsoft Teams and ZOOM meetings I feel as connected with my team and the Company as i have with any onsite position. DMi acknowledges that the work place has changed and does everything in its power to make sure it's remote employees have the technology and support to thrive.

What is a typical day like in your role?

My typical day usually starts with me reviewing my goals for the day, having a quick team ZOOM meeting and then executing the plan I have for the day. As a Talent Acquisition Lead my daily activities include meeting with hiring managers, connecting with and interviewing candidates, and keeping up with industries trends.

What is the work/life balance like at DMi for you?

The work life balance at DMi is one of the things i love the most about the company. I am a single father and my job can be demanding at times. DMI allows me the freedom and flexibilty to be there for my family but also gives me the resources to make sure i do my job efficiently. The PTO plan is extremely competitive and you are encouraged to use all of it! "Short Hours" on Fridays allows me to get an early jump on the weeked, which can be huge during the summer.

How does DMi's mission correlate to your overall career goals?

We both want to be the best at what we do, in a manner we can be proud of.

How authentically are you able to come to work at DMi? And please explain why?

I am 100% authenticaly able to come to work at DMi. I am able to be myself and express my opinions and views. I do not feel stifled or restricted in anyway.

What advice would you give to folks thinking about working at DMi?

Do your research! The more you learn about DMi the more attractive it becomes.
