How does DMi foster connection with hybrid or fully remote work?

As a fully remote employee, I always feel connected and supported by my colleagues through different after work zoom events/activities, daily Microsoft Teams communication, and in-person events when able!

What is a typical day like in your role?

A typical day in my role is fostering relationships with our content partners and my internal team to strategize ways to feature our managed brands in various digital content while incorporating affiliate links. Days are filled with navigating emails, facilitating publisher zoom calls, and strategizing with my team members to bring world class affiliate strategy to our brands.

What is the work/life balance like at DMi for you?

I appreciate there is a strong work/life balance throughout the culture of DMi, by being encouraged to take time off when needed because it is earned, having early Fridays, and every day feels like we are a team, which makes it so fun!

How does DMi's mission correlate to your overall career goals?

I think DMi's mission of doing the right thing, and succeeding together really resonates with my career goals as I try to incorporate this while navigating decision making everyday at work.

How authentically are you able to come to work at DMi? And please explain why?

At DMi I have never felt that I could not be myself. If I want to share a specific family tradition or share a new experience I've had, everyone is so open and excited to celebrate your victories and differences.

What advice would you give to folks thinking about working at DMi?

Jump right in! It will be such a great experience for you, not only professionally but also personally. It's like you get to work with your closest friends every day.
