How does DMi foster connection with hybrid or fully remote work?

Daily huddles with your direct team, weekly, and monthly companywide meetings, and instant communication channels allow for seamless connection and communication in and out of the office.

What is a typical day like in your role?

A typical day in my role consists of communicating with clients, reporting on and optimizing campaigns to meet specific KPI's, and working to stream line internal and external processes.

What is the work/life balance like at DMi for you?

My work life balance at DMi is ideal because of the current processes in place. I can typically execute on all of my priorities each day, and be able to leave my work behind as soon as I log off.

How does DMi's mission correlate to your overall career goals?

I resonate with the relationship between creativity and data aspect of DMi's mission. We act as an extension of a brand's marketing team/initiatives and work together to develop strategic and measurable next steps. To me, it is important to use historical context and performance as the base while always testing and implementing fresh ideas.

How authentically are you able to come to work at DMi? And please explain why?
