DMi fosters connection in hybrid and remote work by staying intentional with communication through regular team huddles, company-wide meetings, and virtual social events that help people feel connected and included no matter where theyíre logging in from!

What is a typical day like in your role?

A typical day for me involves working closely with internal teams and partners while supporting our account managers and managing multiple projects and priorities. I spend time reviewing performance and insights, staying on top of communication, and making sure everything is moving forward smoothly. When possible, I also attend webinars and industry sessions to continue sharpening my skills and stay current in the affiliate and digital marketing space.

What is the work/life balance like at DMi for you?

For me, the work life balance at DMi has been solid, and it is clear that DMi values their employees and supports them. There is a strong emphasis on flexibility and getting work done without constant pressure, which allows me to manage my responsibilities effectively while still having time for life outside of work.

I feel comfortable being my authentic self at DMi because the culture is supportive and collaborative, and there is a real sense of trust across the team. Iím encouraged to share ideas, ask questions, and speak up without hesitation, which makes the work feel more natural and allows me to do my best work.
