How would you describe the culture at DMi?

DMi's culture is unmatched to any organization I've ever worked for. The team is extremely supportive of one another, always building others up, offering a helping hand, and quick to celebrate your wins as if they were their own. Our leadership team also truly cares about each individual not only by saying they do, but also showing it in a variety of ways.

How does DMi foster connection with hybrid or fully remote work?

DMi's hybrid and remote employee numbers have grown over the last few years that I've been here, and being a fully remote employee, I can say that we're always striving to ensure individuals feel connected whether they're in the office or not. We have daily zoom huddles each morning with our teams and weekly company calls, camera-on for internal meeting policies, zoom games or fitness classes, company swag to wear and so much more.

What is a typical day like in your role?

A typical day for me includes a morning huddle with the team, building content in our learning management system, facilitating a training and/or working on various training and development projects/initiatives.

What is the work/life balance like at DMi for you?

My family and twin toddlers are a huge piece of my life, and having a healthy work/life balance was something I was striving towards when coming to DMi. Since being here, I have never had a better balance. I'm able to disconnect after work to be with my family and still be fulfilled all day doing what I love in my career. DMi motivates us to do our best work during the day, while also encouraging our mental health and free time outside of working hours.

How does DMi's mission correlate to your overall career goals?

DMi's core purpose is creating opportunities for growth and one of our values is encouraging employees to succeed together. I have a growth mindset and would love to keep advancing here with DMi professionally, but I wouldn't be able to do this without a team that supports me. We all work extremely hard together to make our work meaningful and impactful, and in turn is helping us grow along the way!

How authentically are you able to come to work at DMi? And please explain why?

The culture and people at DMi strive to build each other up and encourage ideas / collaboration, along with diversity and authenticity! Not once have I felt like I can't be myself here.

What advice would you give to folks thinking about working at DMi?

Don't think twice. DMi is the best company I've ever worked for and you will not be disappointed! The team is very welcoming and supportive, and there is a ton of room for growth professionally.
