COVID19 Mask Infographic

What’s your brand voice? Is it reassuring? Serious? Silly? Knowledgeable? In order to connect with your customers they need to trust what you have to say. Whether through emails, social media, ads or any other type of communication, your voice needs to reflect your values and brand identity.

We love working with our clients to develop content that is engaging and embodies their voice. It’s always fun to flex our creative muscles to come up with cool content. One of our clients, Sock It To Me, is a sock and underwear company founded in 2004 and based in Oregon. They believe that everyone has a unique voice which deserves to be heard. A female owned company, Sock It To Me believes that the world would be a better place if everyone felt encouraged to be their authentic self. Needless to say, they are a really fun partner to work with.

Sock It To Me’s brand voice is playful and conversational. They tend to speak in a relatable way and avoid being pretentious or unapproachable. They’re fun! They have cool products with silly designs and a lot of color and communicate with their customers in a similar way.

Prior to the pandemic we created an infographic that took readers through a history of undergarments. Matching their color schemes and style we made an undergarment journey from ancient times up to today. It was a creative idea to provide interesting information while engaging with customers in a unique way.

Once the Coronavirus hit, Sock It To Me pivoted and began to produce reusable face masks. Their mask feature original designs featuring rainbows, pizzas, and unicorns. In an effort to draw attention to their new products, we created a new infographic comparing The Face Mask Report card. In this infographic, we compared Sock It To Me’s mask to some conventional and some not so conventional masks people could wear to protect themselves from the Coronavirus.

These infographics are just two examples of the creative efforts we use to bring traffic and attention to our partners’ sites. These are not only ways companies can engage with their current customers, but are also targeted efforts to help grow their customer base.
