PHILADELPHIA (Sept.12, 2017) – DMi Partners, a Philadelphia-based full-service digital marketing and customer acquisition agency, today announced the promotion of five key employees to equity partnership and senior management roles. Beth Harless (VP of Sales & Marketing), Zach Labenberg (VP of Client Strategy), Kevin Dugan (VP of Agency Services), Michael Kelch (VP of Operations), and Brian McKenna (VP of Strategic Partnerships) will join the executive committee at DMi Partners.

The following individuals represent every stage of a client’s life cycle at DMi Partners. They develop each of DMi Partners’ divisions through continued client base expansion, growth within each client’s individual business, and the delivery and execution of award-winning marketing services.

  • Beth Harless joined DMi in 2010. She cultivates new customer relationships and designs strategies to ensure unprecedented growth in the number of clients on DMi’s roster as well as increased revenue year after year.
  • Zach Labenberg, a DMi team member since 2011, has been a catalyst in the growth of DMi’s roster of consumer brand clients.He continually presents innovative strategies to help clients in the travel, political, and subscription service industries achieve their acquisition marketing goals.
  • Kevin Dugan joined DMi Partners in 2006 as an Account Executive in the Agency Services division. Kevin and his team strategize and execute on paid search, SEO, media buying, ecommerce, and content marketing services for DMi’s clients.
  • Michael Kelch stepped into the role of Junior Accountant in 2010, and since then, his contributions to the way DMi looks at data have been invaluable to the successful growth of DMi business.
  • Brian McKenna joined DMi Partners in 2006 as an SEO specialist within the Agency Services division. McKenna expanded his role by managing the education marketing division for 6+ years, and as VP of Strategic Partnerships, Brian identifies, evaluates, develops, and manages DMi’s corporate partnerships. He identifies new client opportunities, integrated service offerings, and improved efficiencies for DMi and clients.

First, Matthew Deapo has joined the management team as Director of Education Marketing. Secondly, Kristina Nolan has been named Director of Affiliate Marketing.
