What do you think makes DMi special?

How would you describe your job to a bunch of five-year-olds?

My job is to make sure DMi Partners is pointed in the right direction, that everyone at DMi knows where we are headed, why we are headed there, and is ready, willing and able to do what it takes to make sure that we get there. We will get there, by the way. No doubt.

I hear about ‘DMi Cares’, what is something you care about?

There are so many important organizations doing great work, but the organization at the center of my life, the organization I remain closest to is The Hole In The Wall Gang Camp. It is an amazing place, and the people who work there make magic. I also spend a lot of my time helping and coaching with various youth sports organizations where my kids play.

That’s the easiest question. I am proudest of our team. Our team is talented and dedicated. They are full of expertise and creativity. They are intelligent and strategic. They believe in what we do, and what they do. But most importantly our team works hard to work well together. Teams win. Every day.
