The 10,000 ft view...Time in Industry, Hometown, Window, or Aisle:Grew up in Danbury, CT. Over 10 years in HR. History of working for agencies & various start-ups. Fell into HR organically when I had a pretty terrible work experience after college and pivoted jobs with the hope of making people's experiences at work better. Always the isle seat on a plane. I hate feeling trapped and having to wake people up to get by. Also reconfirmed with latest news stories lol.
