I’ve been in the marketing realm for over 8 years. I’m from Denver, CO. Window seat!

What do you do at DMi?

I’m our Director of Training & Development! My team helps new hires at onboarding, we organize and manage company-wide trainings, professional development workshops, content building in our learning management system and more.

What do you do when you are not DMi’ing?

I’m a mom of twins, which keeps me just a little bit busy.. but when I’m not DMi’ing or mom’ing – I’m addicted to my peloton, spending too much money at Target and listening to audiobooks.

What do you think makes DMi special?

I could list so many things here, but the unmatched culture and people make DMi the best!

What excites you the most about Training & Development?

Helping others learn and grow in their positions is what excites me most about training and development.

If you could pick up a new skill in an instant what would it be?

I would love to learn another language!
