What does DMi’s culture meant to you?

For me, DMi’s culture epitomizes hard work, teamwork, and cooperation. We all work really hard on our respective roles to make this larger machine work, and we all care to produce exciting and dynamic work for the entire team. I constantly feel motivated to work as hard as my peers and to keep the high energy alive for the team.

What is a typical day like in your role?

My typical day involves searching for new clients to bring in for DMi – whether I’m browsing the web, utilizing LinkedIn, or other tools at my disposal, I’m searching and communicating with decision makers to bring DMi’s value to their attention. I am often emailing back and forth and sending over customized proposals to my prospects, creating a relationship that I own and am eager to continue.

How well do you think DMi promotes work/life balance?

DMi’s work/life balance is fantastic. We’re all human here – if you have something to do or need to be out of the office, it’s understood without question. We work hard and as long as we’re meeting our goals and staying on top of our responsibilities, the rest is pretty relaxed. I love not being micro-managed – I work better and more effectively when I can go at my own pace.

How does DMi’s mission correlate to your overall career goals?

I wanted to work with a company that really cared about 1) their clients and 2) their work. DMi has this in the bag. They are constantly challenging us to think of new outreach ideas, strategizing over campaign details and effectiveness, and making sure that all team members are included along the way. It’s a lot of fun when your work means something, and here it truly does.

Do you have any advice you’d like to give future DMi employees?

Work hard and don’t be afraid to express new ideas or thoughts – you can try and do anything you want here, and it’s a great place for growth.
