Patrick’s primary goal as DMi Partners’ CEO is to maximize growth: in profitability for clients, in performance for employees and contractors, and in DMi Partners’ top and bottom-line.
After graduating cum laude from Harvard University, Patrick worked for Joseph P. Kennedy II’s Citizens Energy Corporation where he participated in the start-up of two healthcare ventures. Shortly after returning to Philadelphia, Patrick founded DMi Partners with Adam Weil and his college roommate, James Delaney.
Patrick weaves the Ignatius principle of community service into both his daily life and DMi Partners’ culture. He is a member of the Board of Trustees at YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School and PHMC subsidiary, The Bridge. He is also a lifelong volunteer at the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp and annually organizes DMi Partners’ participation in the Martin Luther King Day of Service.
Patrick lives in Center City, Philadelphia, with his wife, Michele, and their five children.
Patrick volunteers at The Hole In The Wall Gang Camp, YouthBuild Philadelphia, PAYSA, and Taney Youth Baseball Association.
