Available Positions
Sales Driver
DMi Partners is looking for candidates with a proven track record of identifying,
prospecting and closing prospective business clients in a dynamic and professional
environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is hungry to help to
grow DMi. This position will be responsible for generating advertisers who utilized
performance based marketing services, with a focus on Lead Generation. Aggressive
compensation package will provide significant earning potential. The primary responsibilities
of this position include:
- Identifying, prospecting and closing prospective advertisers that would be a good
fit for DMi's marketing services, primarily lead generation.
- Networking with other companies that are agencies or other vendors for prospective
advertisers.
This is a full-time position, includes a generous benefits package and will be located
in DMi's Philadelphia office. A bachelor's degree is required for this position.

Education Sales Driver
DMi Partners is currently interacting with over 50,000 prospective students every
month to help them find a College or University. DMi is looking to grow the number
of online schools that we are able to help match individuals with. We are seeking
a 'hunter' with exceptional prospecting and closing skills to be responsible for
acquiring new clients and customers. The person will be selling primarily a performance
based offering while consultatively selling the benefits of our product offering.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is hungry to help to grow DMi’s education
marketing business. This position will be responsible for bringing on new schools
and advertisers who utilized performance based marketing services, with a focus
on Lead Generation. Aggressive compensation package will provide significant earning
potential. The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying, prospecting and closing prospective Online and Campus For-Profit Colleges
and Universities
- Networking with other agencies that do education lead generation to identify opportunities
to utilize DMi’s services for their clients
- Develop new business opportunities primarily via phone, email and occasional travel
to clients as well as trade shows and conferences
- Meeting target quotas and revenue goals with a primary focus on key customers
- Regularly manage, update and track sales progress in SalesForce database
- Work closely with client account management and client relationship groups in insuring
the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention
Required skills include:
- Successful history selling in a highly competitive environment
- Strong phone sales experience and negotiation skills
- Ability to see larger business opportunities than just selling single product offerings
- Ability to empathize with the customer and predict their needs
- Ability to focus on the results
- Energetic, self-starter with a consultative sales approach
- Must be a team player; successful collaboration with internal, non-sales resources
is essential for success
