Creative Copywriter

DMi Partners is seeking a creative copywriter to assist the creative, account management, and public relations departments of our company. We are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic writer who is capable of conceiving and crafting engaging copy to reach the variety of audiences that our company caters to. Candidates should possess a desire to learn and the creativity and confidence to pitch and follow through on innovative projects. Experience with the Web, blogging, and social media is a must; an ecommerce background and familiarity with SEO, HTML, and Web editing is a plus.

Our ideal Creative Copywriter will have a positive attitude and enjoy a close-knit environment, finessing the details, taking on a variety of creative assignments at once, and working closely with multiple teams. This person must have strong project management skills and be comfortable working across departments to help move projects along.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the SEO team to brainstorm, write, and edit site content and blog posts
  • Maintain relationships with external contacts for various projects
  • Write strong product descriptions and email campaign copy for our ecommerce clients
  • Work with upper management to craft press releases and newsletter articles
  • Copyedit company print materials for tradeshows
  • Write high-converting and effective direct response marketing copy
  • Partner with designers on brand and concept development
  • Collaborate with creative, account management, and both internal and external public relations team members
  • Keep up to date with trends in branding, marketing, advertising, and related communications industries

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the online space
  • BA/BS required

Performance Marketing Media Manager

The Performance Marketing Media Manager is responsible for the operation and growth of the agency's in-house affiliate network, the CPA Café, and DMi’s lead generation publisher network. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain network of premium lead generation publishers that can deliver high quality traffic utilizing co-registration, email, search, social media, mobile and display advertising on a CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) or CPL (Cost Per Lead) basis.
  • Recruit new affiliates/publisher partners as described above
  • Manage affiliates/publisher partner needs including, deal negotiations, reporting, tracking, offer setup information
  • Track and analyze the results of all campaigns in real time, and continually make adjustments to optimize their performance.
  • Provide continual flow of feedback as to offer performance to advertising sales team to assist in offer optimization efforts
  • Review new potential offers and provide feedback to sales team
  • Interface with operations, accounting, technology and sales to ensure partner needs are taken care of

Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of lead generation or affiliate marketing experience
  • Strong verbal, written and in-person communication skills required
  • Persistence with cold calling, developing a book of business, and building relationships

Position Details

Junior .NET Developer

DMi Partners seeks a junior developer with experience in Microsoft technologies in Web and Windows environments to join our team. As a junior developer, you will maintain, improve and enhance our proprietary applications which include web analytics and lead management software. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting a handful of lead generation portals and several e-commerce sites. As our business grows and changes, so too will our needs for support of additional portals and e-commerce sites.

You will be working in Visual Studio 2008 and 2010, with SQL Server 2008, maintaining existing web sites and services. You will be working on existing and new ASP.NET MVC sites. You will learn and use jQuery, unit testing, and best development practices in C#.

This position is ideal for the candidate seeking the support and flexibility to make tremendous strides in his or her professional development and time is allotted to attend local user group meetings and a generous budget for technical books and conferences is provided. Required skills include:

  • Working experience in .NET (C# preferred)
