Privacy officer and e-commerce veteran, Josh Aberant, takes helm of DMi’s new West Coast email marketing operations
PHILADELPHIA, PA – April 6, 2009 – DMi Partners, Inc. Josh Aberant, the Privacy and Standards Director of DMi’s new Email Marketing Division, will focus on helping DMi’s clients implement creative and sustainable email performance campaigns that boost their online presence and provide relevant value to their subscribers’ needs.
Based in San Francisco, the new Email Marketing Division embodies the company’s commitment to utilizing the most rigorous best practices in online marketing. This integration facilitates monitoring and optimization of marketing channels and their interdependencies while offering advanced security.

To his new role as DMi’s Privacy and Standards Director, Aberant brings over 15 years of experience in email and e-commerce technology. Prior to joining DMi, Aberant led Lyris’ Privacy, Deliverability, and Consulting business unit. He was also an early employee at Intershop, where he helped the company establish its revenue streams and grow its annual revenue to over $100 million. Aberant was also the first business- side employee at CollabNet where he helped redefine the art and science of online collaboration.
