• Affiliate Sales Manager
  The Affiliate Sales Manager is responsible the operation and growth of the agency's in-house affiliate network, the CPA Café. Responsibilities include:
  • initiating and developing relationships with affiliates^* who publish ad campaigns for our clients
  • increasing distribution and volume of existing advertising campaigns
  • performing day-to-day account maintenance.
  
  Daily activities include recruiting new affiliates, communicating regularly with existing affiliates, negotiating payment terms with affiliates, and developing strategies to improve campaign performance.

  Position Details:
  This is a full-time position and candidates will be considered for DMi's Philadelphia location. Competitive compensation includes base salary, aggressive bonus structure, and generous benefits. Experience in affiliate marketing or a similar interactive marketing environment is a plus, but no industry experience is required. • Senior Web & Database Developer
  DMi Partners seeks a senior developer with experience in Microsoft technologies in Web and Windows environments to join our team. As a senior developer, you will maintain, improve and enhance our proprietary applications which include web analytics and lead management software. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting a handful of lead generation portals and several ecommerce sites. As our business grows and changes, so too will our needs for support of additional portals and ecommerce sites.
  
  You will take the lead in requirement gathering, application design, development, testing, documentation, support and troubleshooting of new and existing web and database applications in C#, VB.Net, ASP/ASP.Net/ASP.Net 2.0, HTML, JavaScript, Ajax and T-SQL on SQL server 2005. Additionally, you will be responsible for internal user support and documentation of work. A qualified candidate must have an understanding of the OOP methodology and design patterns.

  REQUIREMENTS
  
  • Mastery of ASP.NET, ASP.Net 2.0, Ajax, VB.Net/C#, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, ASP, CSS, HTML;
  • Detail orientation and an ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service to DMi clients as well as co-workers;
  • An ability to interface with technical/semi-technical and non-technical peers; and
  • Strong personal initiative and an ability to achieve goals on time and with minimal supervision.
  
  Experience with Crystal Reports and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services, Analysis Services, and Integration Services are a plus.
  
  A degree in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred but not required.
